This information is provided in accordance with art. 13 of Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Code for the Protection of Personal Data) to users who access the website www.enterprint.it and relates to all personal data processed in the manner described below.

Use of third party cookies
This site uses a system of statistics provided by Google Analytics. Cookies and IP data are only recorded for the purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information about the use of the site, but will not be retained for further purposes. The information generated by the cookies will be transferred to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google.
After sending any newsletters, the platform used allows you to detect the opening of a message and the clicks made within the newsletter, along with details of the ip and browser / device used. The collection of this data is fundamental for the functioning of the systems of implicit renewal of the treatment (see the item Treatment Modes) and an integral part of the operation of the sending platform.
LEGAL BASIS AND PURPOSE OF TREATMENT
The data are processed exclusively for the purposes for which they are collected, as described below.
We use the data provided by interested parties to:
only in the case of specific consent of the user, to allow the adhesion to specific and additional services such as the sending of future informative and promotional communications by e-mail or by electronic means.
The provision of the data listed in the section “Collected Data” for the purposes referred to in paragraph 1 is required to allow the user to access the service. For this reason, consent is required and any refusal to process or the failure, inaccurate or partial provision of data could result in the inability to properly provide the service.
The provision of data for the purposes of sending newsletters for promotional, informative or research purposes is optional and refusal to give consent to the treatment will make it impossible to be updated about commercial initiatives and / or promotional campaigns, to receive offers or other promotional material and / or send the user personalized offers. Emanuela Caglio does not provide third parties with any of the users’ information without their consent, except where required by law.
In any case, the dissemination and transfer of data outside the EU space is excluded.
REVOCATION OF CONSENT
The interested party may revoke their consent to receive promotional and commercial communications immediately, by sending a request to the email address email@example.com or by clicking on the appropriate unsubscribe link that can be found in the footer of each promotional and commercial email received.
METHOD OF TREATMENT
Personal data are processed by automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, providing in any case the annual verification of data stored in order to delete those considered obsolete, unless the law does not provide for filing obligations.
Data processing is normally carried out at Emanuela Caglio’s premises by external personnel or collaborators duly designated as data processors. Subscription and related processing are considered valid until the user unsubscribes, present in each email, or after 12 months from the last communication of which there is evidence of direct interaction (click, open, reply).
Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY
Pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code and art. 13 of the GDPR, each user has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of his personal data, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
In particular, the interested party has the right to obtain the indication from Emanuela Caglio:
of the origin of the personal data;
the purpose and methods of processing;
the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic/informatic instruments;
the identification details of the data controller, the data processors and the designated representative;
the subjects and categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.
In addition, the interested party has the right to obtain:
the updating, rectification or integration of their data;
the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully;
access to one’s own data, i.e. confirmation that personal data concerning him are being processed or not;
the limitation of the treatment,
data portability, i.e. the right to receive personal data concerning him/her in a structured format;
right of complaint to the Control Authority.
Finally, the interested party has the right to oppose, in whole or in part, for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection. In particular, the interested party has the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending commercial advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
